Report a profile

You can report a profile or a problem from the profile page or the chat. Reports are reviewed by administrators, and the profile's content is saved as evidence the moment you report.

Block quietly

If you block someone, interests and chats between you are closed. The person you blocked is not told.

You control your profile photo

A profile photo is optional. You choose whether it is hidden, shown only at a match, or public. Uploaded profile photos get an AI assessment when it works, but that is no guarantee, so report a profile that feels wrong.

Protection against swapping contact details

Chat has automatic screening for phone numbers, social media, links, email addresses and personal details.

What does not exist, on purpose

• No wali gate. Wali-friendly for nikah, never a requirement.
• No staff routinely reading chats. Safety rests on member reports and the automatic screening.

Habits of your own that help

• Do not share your phone number, address or social media early.
• Involve your family or your wali early.
• Meet first in a public place, with someone who knows where you are.
