Terms, withdrawal and refunds

Devoted is a personal matchmaking service. I, Fuaad, search for a marriage partner for you, by hand, for six months. It is run by Zawji (Nelux). It is not the free Zawji platform, it is a separate service you choose and pay for.

Devoted costs 9,999 SEK, once, including Swedish VAT. There is no monthly fee. You pay nothing to apply and nothing for the first call. You only pay after we have spoken and we both feel it is right. Payment is taken through Stripe via a link I send you. Stripe emails you a receipt.

Before I send the payment link, I show you these terms and you confirm in writing that you have read and accept them. I never charge you without that.

If I find no one for you within six months, you get every krona back. I can't promise a particular person says yes or that it clicks, that's between you and Allah, but if I find no one at all, you get it all back.

The six months run from the day you pay. For the guarantee to hold in good faith, you need to actually respond to and meet the people I introduce, and stay genuinely open. That is the only condition, and it exists so the guarantee can't be gamed. If you have done that and I still found no one, you get the full 9,999 SEK back.

Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lag 2005:59 om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler) you have 14 days to change your mind, counted from the day you pay. You don't need a reason. Just email hej@zawji.se within 14 days and I refund the full amount.

I keep this simple on purpose: within those 14 days you get everything back, with no deduction, even if I have already started searching for you. After 14 days, the six-month money-back guarantee above is what protects you.

You email hej@zawji.se. I refund through Stripe, back to the same card you paid with, within 14 days of your request. You don't pay any fee to get a refund. If anything is unclear, ask me before you pay, I would rather sort it out up front.

Your application is read by me, and by the woman who holds the call if you are a sister. No one else. The lawful basis is the agreement between us (to provide the service) and your consent for the more personal details about your deen and family. I store it securely and never share your name or details with anyone without your yes.

You can ask me to delete your data at any time, by email or by deleting your Zawji account, and I remove your Devoted application. I keep what Swedish bookkeeping law requires me to keep about the payment itself (receipts), and nothing more than that.

Devoted is me searching and introducing, sincerely and by hand. I can't guarantee marriage, that a specific person says yes, or that two people click. That part is between you, them, and Allah. What I guarantee is the work, the discretion, and the refund if I find no one. I am not responsible for what happens off the platform or for information others give about themselves.

These terms follow Swedish law, and disputes are settled by a Swedish court. You can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU ODR platform. Questions about Devoted go to hej@zawji.se.
