Zawji Partners
Zawji Partners Terms
These are the PREVIOUS terms for Zawji Partners. They are retained for commission already earned under the old program. We've written them in plain language — read them, they're short.
Last updated: July 7, 2026
Since July 21, 2026, inviting is OPEN to everyone — no application. The new model: 100 kr when a sister you invited starts a chat, 50 kr when a brother goes Premium. Sisters never pay. The terms below now only govern commission already earned under the old program.
To the new Invite program1. The program in short
- You earn a commission when a person you referred makes their first Premium purchase (any plan). The rate is currently 149 SEK per purchase — the current rate is always shown on the Partners page and in your partner dashboard, and is what applies.
- If you recruit another partner you earn 10% of what they earn — on top, not deducted from their commission. Max 2 tiers, never deeper.
- Your earnings are always counted and shown in your dashboard, but only become payable once you have referred at least one active sister (a female member you invited who has been approved and started using the platform). This condition applies to the payout, not the earning — the money is never lost, it unlocks when the condition is met.
- Each earning is held for 30 days before it becomes payable. If the purchase is refunded, the commission is reversed (clawback).
- Payouts are made manually via Revolut after review.
- Sisters never pay anything on Zawji and don't earn you a direct payout — commission is paid only on real purchases.
- Being a partner is free and you don't need to be a Zawji member.
2. You are an independent contractor — and responsible for your own tax
The most important part of these terms: your commission is paid out gross, and you are responsible for reporting and paying tax on it yourself.
- As a partner you are an independent contractor. You are not employed by Zawji, and nothing in this program creates an employment relationship, agency or partnership between us.
- Commissions are paid out gross. Zawji makes no tax deductions and pays no social security contributions for you.
- You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes and charges on your commission, under the rules of the country where you are tax resident.
- For partners in Sweden: the income should normally be declared in your income tax return. If you operate a business, F-tax registration and invoicing may be required — Zawji may request an F-tax certificate or invoice for larger amounts before paying out.
- Zawji does not cover any of your costs or fees — phone, ads, equipment or anything else you choose to spend on your partnership.
3. Permitted marketing
- Be honest. Recommend Zawji in your own words, to people who are genuinely searching — never describe the platform as something it isn't.
- Disclose clearly. It must always be clear that it's your partner link — clear ad disclosure is required by Swedish marketing law, and it builds trust too.
- Never income promises. Never promise anyone will earn money as a partner or find a spouse as a member — no made-up results, no guarantees.
- No spam and nothing misleading. Mass messages to people who didn't ask for them, dishonest clickbait or manipulative tactics are not allowed.
- Respect Islamic ethics. Zawji is a platform for nikah — market it with dignity, truth and without exaggeration.
4. This is prohibited
- Self-referral — referring yourself or buying Premium through your own link.
- Fake accounts — registering made-up people or accounts you control to generate referrals.
- Paid advertising against Zawji's brand keywords (e.g. "Zawji", "zawji.se") without our written permission.
- Incentivising sham purchases — paying, compensating or otherwise inducing someone to buy Premium just to trigger your commission.
If you break these rules we may suspend you from the program and withhold or reclaim commission generated through the violation.
5. Payouts
- Hold: each earning is held for 30 days from the purchase before it becomes payable. This protects against refunds.
- Clawback: if the purchase is refunded or reversed (e.g. refund or chargeback), the corresponding commission is withdrawn — even if it has already become payable.
- Suspected abuse: if we suspect a violation of these terms, Zawji may withhold payouts while we investigate.
- If a minimum payout threshold applies, it is shown in your partner dashboard.
- Payouts are made manually via Revolut and require valid Revolut details saved in your partner dashboard.
6. Suspension and changes
- Zawji may suspend partners who violate these terms. For serious violations (section 4) the suspension may be immediate.
- Zawji may change rates and terms going forward, with reasonable notice via the Partners page or email. Changes are never retroactive — commission you have already earned is not affected.
- You can leave the program whenever you want. Approved, earned commission is then paid out under these terms.
7. Liability and governing law
- The program is provided as-is. It is not guaranteed income — what you earn depends on whether people you refer actually buy Premium.
- Zawji's liability towards you as a partner is limited to earned commission not yet paid out. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits from your marketing.
- Swedish law governs these terms, and disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are settled by Swedish courts.
